Our history
Born from a desire to continue creating equitable work environments that focus on employee-first initiatives. BrightWise is the English translation of my given Chinese name. My mission is to work with women, nonbinary, and other underestimated groups to support the growth of your organizations.
Being a leader is lonely and difficult, and you will benefit from having a champion by your side to encourage, support, and manage the crafting and implementation of organizational improvements. You'll feel brighter, and wiser, having the correct planning and strategy to lead your team forward.
About me
Ming Montoya-Tang is an experienced professional who specializes in creating employee-first organizations that empower staff. I’ve honed my skills as a COO at a mission-driven marketing agency, as well as a VP of Operations in reality television.
When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and working to dismantle systemic inequalities. I serve on the Board of Directors of Growing Home, a nonprofit that supports food, housing, education, and lifelong stability.
